About the Artist
Rony Millien was born on January 29, 1972 in Carrefour. He started to illustrate in elementary school. After graduating from high school, he entered ENARTS (National School of Arts) . There he was taught by the famous professors Rourous, Dieudonne Cedor, Franck Louissaint, Ralph Allen, Dr. Frantz Large, and Mrs. Emerante Depradines. He visited many exhibits at the museums to acquaint himself with various painters movement style until he was comfortable enough with his aesthetic strength to develop his own. His colors of choice are red, green, orange, and blue. He is passionate about nature, abstract, cubism, and surrealism. His goal is to have a foundation, a decent place of work to teach children and preserve his legacy. His mediums are, acrylic, aquarelle, gouache, and fusain pencils. He exhibited his work at the French Institute, Mexican Embassy and Brazilian Embassy.
