When will my payment method be charged?

Your payment method will be charged when you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, Cash, Checks, Money Orders.

How long does is take for you to ship my order?

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days from the time of your order. Normally we try to ship on the first business day after the order is placed!

How do you ship?

Your order will be shipped Ground using Fed EX, UPS, or USPS, or other depending on which has the better rate.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Most orders are delivered in 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

What is provenance?

The history of ownership of a valued object, or work of art, or literature.

Do you have an actual physical gallery?

No, it is a virtual gallery. (Upon special request we will allow viewing of the collection)

How do you determine prices of paintings?

We use age of painting, the size, material printed on, provenance, post sales prices, and physical examination.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

Yes, we do guarantee your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you should contact us immediately and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. If the item is to be returned, we will send instructions on how to do so.

Who pays for shipping of a return?

It depends on the reason for the return. If there is something wrong with the artwork, we will pay for shipping. If you simply change your mind and decide it was not the right time to purchase, you will be expected to pay for shipping.

How is my refund issued?

All refunds will be issued in the payment method used to pay for the order.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

We will issue the refund immediately, and refunds usually take up to 7 business days to process depending on your credit card company.

Do you buy Haitian Art?

Yes, we do purchase Haitian Art. All you have to do is send us pictures of the front and back of the painting and a close up of the artist’s signature. We will then make an offer. If you decide you want to sell the piece, you can take it to a local shipping center and ship it to us. Once we receive it and inspect it we will immediately issue the payment amount agreed upon by, check or Pay Pal.

Would you be willing to trade paintings?
