Haiti – 75th anniversary : The Septentrional orchestra honored

Renan Hédouville, Protector of the Citizen honored the Orchester Septentrional du Cap-Haïtien on the occasion of its 75th anniversary.

“This year 2023 brings back the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; in Haiti it is also the 75th anniversary since the founding of the Orchester Septentrional du Cap-Haïtien.
