Friday July 14, 2023, Jean Victor Généus the Minister of Foreign Affairs accompanied by Fritz Deshommes, Rector of the State University of Haiti (UEH) and Henri Boucicaut the representative of the Coordinator of the Office of Management and Resources Humanes proceeded to the presentation of the Certificates of completion to the Promotion 2020-2022 of the Diplomatic Academy Jean Price Mars (ADJPM), called “Promotion Anténor Firmin”.
